Reminders:

  • The series is structured as three distinct courses, each composed of five live online sessions.
  • Each 90-minute session features 75 minutes of instruction followed by an interactive 15-minute Q&A. 
  • Post-session homework solidifies the learning experience, while recordings remain available for 21 days after the last session for further review. 
  • To support continuous growth, participants will receive a dedicated journal to document their insights and progress.

How is the course administered?

Sessions are conducted live online using Zoom. You'll receive the link to access the course a week before the course starts. 

What happens if I miss the session?

Sessions are recorded and sent shortly after the course is over. Refunds will not be issued for missed sessions.  Please plan accordingly and make sure you have the sessions on your calendar. 

How long do I have to access the recording?

All recordings are viewable for 21-days after each session. They are not downloadable. Recordings are sent within 24 hours after the session ends.
