Don Fieselman
Don Fieselman is an instructor and coach at The Black Swan Group, and a cold-case homicide investigator. He began his career as a police officer in Pocatello, Idaho. Later, he was accepted to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department (LVMPD) in Las Vegas, Nevada. He spent over twenty-five years there, working most of his career in investigations. He became an instructor and taught local, state, and federal law enforcement personnel throughout his career. Don worked in investigations of juvenile prostitution, Outlaw Motorcycle Gangs investigations, and organized crime investigations. When he retired, Don was a Sergeant in the Sex Crimes Section, a Search and Seizure Committee member, and an Assistant Team Leader of the LVMPD Crisis Negotiation Team.
Don became a licensed private investigator and started his own business. A few months after his retirement, a volunteer position was created on the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department's Crisis Negotiation Team. Don responds with the Crisis Negotiation Team and is an instructor at the yearly Crisis Negotiation School.
Don has returned to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department as a cold-case homicide investigator. While working on unsolved homicides, Don uses Black Swan skills to learn information that has been hidden for years, sometimes decades.
Don finds immense satisfaction in helping others master skills that will improve their careers and lives. Having successfully used The Black Swan Method® while with the police department, as a small business owner, and in personal relationships, Don was excited to join the Black Swan team.
